Key Responsibilities

•Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
•Meet planned sales goals and quotas through dedicated effort and customer engagement.
•Promote company products and services and develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
•Provide best-in-class customer experience and manage a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 150,000 - 250,000

Key Requirements

•1-2 years in customer-facing sales or hospitality, real estate, mortgage, or related B2C sectors is a plus

•Strong public speaking and presentation skills; confident communicator with an approachable demeanor
•Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
