Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the exchange layer product vision and roadmap (matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, algo engine, API engine).
  • •Lead and grow a team of 4–5 product managers and raise the bar for product craft across the exchange layer.
  • •Consolidate multiple matching engines into one exchange stack, starting with US derivatives, then international derivatives, then spot.
  • •Define and drive success metrics (p99 latency, throughput, uptime, resiliency) and hold teams accountable.
  • •Partner across product, engineering, risk, and compliance to align strategy and sequence migrations without disrupting live markets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,400 - 395,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Senior product leadership experience with exchange, trading, or high-performance platforms.
  • •Experience managing and developing product managers in a team environment where you enable them to run independently.
  • •Ability to set product vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap.
  • •Strong understanding of matching engine and market data architecture and the tradeoffs required for low latency systems.
  • •Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
