Lead and coach a team of three lawyers, set legal strategy and governance, and oversee corporate governance, commercial contracting, compliance, and regulatory risk. Monitor and translate regulatory changes across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the EU (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act), and serve as the final escalation point for legal matters.
