Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end external partner relationships — outreach, onboarding, ongoing engagement, and performance tracking
  • •Coordinate and execute partner events, media engagements, and networking activities within APAC
  • •Serve as day-to-day contact for external partners, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • •Assist in crisis communications and stakeholder management during sensitive situations
  • •Track and report on partner activity, audience sentiment, and campaign performance for internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline
  • •Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus
  • •Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with public figures, media personalities, and community leaders
  • •Presentable, confident, and at ease in event and networking settings
  • •Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
