Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of field revenue streams, plan for success, and use KPI reporting and performance management to hit organizational goals.
  • •Collaborate with revenue operations, enablement, and solutioning teams to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • •Provide management with actionable insights by processing and analyzing data, including removing outliers and inconsistencies.
  • •Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, rules of engagement, process workflows) to ensure adherence to internal policies.
  • •Define and execute projects across systems, data management, and business process automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL/R/PYTHON), data transformation, and processing.
  • •MBA from a top-tier college or a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience.
  • •Strong data skills to collect, analyze, interpret, and leverage data for decision-making.
  • •Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI, plus experience in Sales Ops/Revenue Ops (sales planning, forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory management, CRM; Salesforce preferred).
