Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare surfaces for spraying, including sanding and feather edging previously painted surfaces.
  • •Check Bills of Material for correct color and specified mil thickness.
  • •Adjust and periodically check pump pressures, heater temperatures, and air/fluid pressures to maintain spray application conditions.
  • •Change filters and maintain spray booth cleanliness on a scheduled basis.
  • •Use a crane to move units into the spray booth and stage repainted units for inspection, and cross-train across other team areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of six (6) months previous spray-painting experience.
  • •Minimum of six (6) months previous manufacturing experience.
  • •Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.
  • •Candidate must currently reside within 50 miles of the facility to be considered for this role.
