Job Summary

Own event-driven pipeline generation by planning and executing major hosted events and summits, coordinating onsite logistics, and supporting executive meetings. Partner with Field Marketing, GTM Pods, Vertical Marketing, MDR, and Sales to drive pre- and post-event engagement. Build outbound outreach sequences in Apollo for target accounts, manage attendee engagement and follow-ups, and report on event ROI and KPIs while negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing events, or trade show management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention.
•Manage multiple events simultaneously, from executive roundtables to large industry conferences.
•Strong understanding of event marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement strategies.
•Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills, including event production, sponsorships, and vendor partnerships.
•Proficiency with event management tools (Cvent, Eventbrite, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) and ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
