Job Summary

Develop and execute enterprise sourcing and procurement strategies across IT spending categories, including category strategy, sustainable purchasing, and supplier diversity. Lead RFx processes (RFP/RFI/ RFQ), manage negotiations and award decisions, and oversee contract review, drafting, and administration. Perform sourcing analytics and reporting, maintain procurement processes, and monitor supplier performance with scorecards and compliance support. Partner with business stakeholders to improve services and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop enterprise-wide procurement and category sourcing practices, including procurement strategies, sustainable purchasing, and supplier diversity programs.
•Lead RFx processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ), including RFx development, negotiations, award processes, and contract and price negotiations.
•Review, draft, and manage contract agreements (e.g., NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work) and handle ongoing contract administration.
•Perform sourcing strategy development, category analytics, and procurement performance reporting; support internal and external audit requests.
•Maintain procurement processes and procedures, monitor supplier adherence and performance (scorecards, rationalization), and support compliance requirements (e.g., OFAC, FCPA).

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement (or an equivalent combination of education and work experience).
•Strong understanding of procurement philosophies, category sourcing, and supply chain management.
•Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office; experience with ERP systems/PeopleSoft preferred.
•Deep knowledge of contract terms and conditions, including legal impact of different terms.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to be flexible and build consensus.
