Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from beginning to end, including scheduling, budgets, buyout, subcontractors, permits, safety plan, risk assessments, quality plan, communication plan, and progress reporting.
  • •Lead execution of project scope with multiple technologies, vendors, and subcontractors; maintain customer-facing responsibilities and constant interface for accurate status and reviews.
  • •Select, manage, and coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliers; supervise lower-tier Project Superintendents.
  • •Manage project risks to assure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • •Handle project cash-flow management (progress billing, collections support, and resource management) and ensure quality and customer satisfaction through corrective action and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Manage time independently and prioritize work in a disciplined, productive manner.
  • •Maintain highest levels of ethics, trust, and personal responsibility.
  • •Preferred: OSHA 10 minimum (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations, including specified disqualifying incidents.
  • •Familiarity with financially guaranteed contracts and energy management systems, HVAC systems, temperature controls, and process control systems is preferred.
  • •Must have general working knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, mechanical HVAC systems, and building construction industry.
