Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and ensuring EAC inputs are analyzed and provided on schedule.
  • •Coordinate with SSBU and Program Finance teams to set expectations for EAC and forecast deliverables, including flow-down timing.
  • •Lead Production team RPLAN updates and perform trend analysis, communicating how program performance impacts BSEC metrics.
  • •Serve as the financial point of contact for Program Management, providing guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • •Meet critical deadlines by developing reports and supporting ad-hoc requests as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and at least 5 years of experience.
  • •Experience interfacing and conducting business with functional disciplines such as Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
  • •Experience supporting the EAC and forecast process, including coordinating budgetary agreements, preparing EACs, and monthly forecasts.
  • •Experience with systems such as APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, RPLAN, EDIT+, or a similar system.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint, plus ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
