•Lead master-level experience design from concept to execution, owning full consumer touchpoint narratives and setting the quality bar for your alliance.
•Architect intuitive experiences within technical constraints by designing modular systems and resolving design debt.
•Shape product strategy by combining AI analysis with human intuition, translating insights into narratives, and linking design decisions to business and customer needs.
•Bridge into research by driving data synthesis, deriving insights that guide discovery and execution, and establishing AI-assisted synthesis practices.
•Create AI-native workflows and features (assistants, recommendations, conversational surfaces) while deciding where humans stay in control.
