Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own a multi-year global learning roadmap for internal readiness and external customer/partner enablement.
  • •Manage functional budget and report business-critical metrics (Support Deflection, Time-to-Value, certification rates, Launch Readiness) to executive leadership.
  • •Architect and oversee a unified learning tech stack (multi-tenant LMS/LXP/Sandbox) and integrate learning with CRM, CS, and support tools for a 360-degree user proficiency view.
  • •Oversee high-stakes curricula for robot supervision, teleoperation, and safety, including Deployment Readiness frameworks aligned to New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • •Recruit, mentor, and lead the management layer and organizational capabilities for technical trainers, instructional designers, and e-learning developers.

Key Requirements

  • •Design multi-tenant learning ecosystems combining LMS, LXP, AI-driven content, and simulated Sandbox environments for structured certification and on-demand field support.
  • •Demonstrate deep understanding of change management and supervisory/workflow redesign required to deploy humanoid/advanced robotics in customer environments.
  • •Treat learning as a business driver by linking education metrics to commercial outcomes (e.g., ROI, NRR, support deflection, churn reduction).
  • •Deliver commercial and launch alignment by partnering with Go-To-Market, Product, and Commercial teams to create tiered training packages and certification tracks.
  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technical training, product L&D, customer education, or technical enablement, including 5+ years director-level management leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
