Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams of mechanics and electricians for predictive/preventive maintenance and machine repairs.
  • •Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures, and oversee maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
  • •Schedule maintenance timely with Production to address equipment and facility repairs, and develop maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety).
  • •Develop and maintain maintenance KPIs and provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations, maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory, and assume responsibility for required tasks in the absence of key personnel.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience leading others through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.

  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
