Virta MD Team Leader

Lead and mentor a virtual physician team within the Virta Medical Group, driving team performance, clinical outcomes, and patient experience. Partner with VMG leadership to monitor quality and productivity metrics, provide actionable feedback, and uphold evidence-based care standards. Identify performance gaps, implement improvement plans, surface best practices, and support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and physician development while maintaining a small patient panel.
