We are seeking a Senior SDET to design, build, and own automated quality infrastructure for a fast-growing, tech-driven organization in real estate. Responsibilities include creating scalable end-to-end, integration, and API testing frameworks from scratch; integrating testing into CI/CD; testing AI/LLM-powered apps; ensuring guardrails and observability; and collaborating with remote backend/frontend teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end (E2E), integration, and API testing frameworks from scratch.
•Build automated quality infrastructure that supports rapid product development and deployment.
•Develop testing frameworks and evaluation systems for AI/LLM-powered applications, including agentic workflows and RAG-based systems.
•Create automated guardrails, confidence metrics, regression detection, and traceability mechanisms for non-deterministic AI systems.
•Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and continuous delivery.
