Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker II through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by certification. In this sales-focused role, build customer profiles using a consultative process, promote and cross-sell retail banking products and services, set appointments using approved marketing tools, and partner with mortgage and business teams to deliver holistic financial solutions while ensuring compliance and risk accountability.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities; establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and refer customers appropriately.
•Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals, enhance revenue growth, provide guidance to CSRs on sales/referrals, and ensure confidentiality, ethical conduct, and risk accountability.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
