Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of design management experience, running full performance cycles, improving team operating rhythms, hiring talent, and developing senior and staff-level designers.
  • •Proven ability to deliver specific, high-quality feedback and guidance that increases a team’s output and craft.
  • •Experience representing design cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and leadership using clear communication and storytelling.
  • •Comfort operating across a broad and evolving product surface without a narrow ownership area.
  • •Experience using AI tools in a design practice, including design thinking, prototyping, and shipping code.
