Scale & Pack Bacon - 2nd shift

Pack and scale bacon for orders in a plant environment, neatly folding and layering bacon in cartons, setting weights correctly, and monitoring scale settings/tare. Remove or add bacon slices to meet acceptable weight standards, apply cover sheets, and route cartons to the conveyor. Inspect slices for order-specific standards and maintain a clean work area while following safety and mandatory GMP/lifting/PPE training requirements.
