Key Responsibilities

  • •Leading Key Projects: take the reins on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives to map out a new market strategy or launch a new product, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
  • •Smoothing Out Operations: refine internal processes, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep the company running smoothly.
  • •Crafting Our Story: help prepare important communications, presentations, and reports for the team, investors, and partners with clear messaging.
  • •Being the Founder’s Right Hand: act as a trusted thought partner, dive into research, and execute directly with the Founder & CEO.
  • •Connecting the Dots: foster communication and collaboration between leadership and all departments (tech, product, marketing, operations).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,500,000 - 2,400,000 annually

  • •2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking, VC, or high-growth startup)
