Job Summary

Drive strategy, market expansion, and operational execution to scale the data center vertical. Lead partnerships with general contractors, operators, colocation providers, and hyperscalers, translating pilots into enterprise deployments. Analyze market and labor needs across construction and live facilities, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to automate processes and unblock growth. Represent the company externally and expect extensive travel to data center hubs.

•Scale the data center vertical from 1 to 10 by driving operational excellence across site-access/safety protocols, onboarding, and market footprint expansion.
•Refine and execute growth strategy for data center space, owning partnership expansion and turning pilots into enterprise deployments.
•Analyze labor, compliance, and safety requirements across construction sites and live data centers to support fluctuating workforce needs.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create scalable, automated processes.
•Provide thought leadership externally and present progress, growth metrics, and recommendations to executive leadership; travel extensively to major markets.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

•4+ years of experience in commercial construction (mission-critical/data center builds), data center operations, infrastructure scaling, or management consulting in tech/infrastructure.
•Understand the full data center lifecycle from ground-breaking and construction through commissioning and ongoing facilities management.
•Proven ability to manage high-growth expansion and optimize complex operations.
•Comfort navigating complex enterprise requirements and solving unstructured problems with fast iteration.
•Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work across multiple functions to deliver results.
