Job Summary

Support the Fulfillment by TikTok (FBT) team in Europe by onboarding Korean K-Beauty merchants and managing their day-to-day account operations. You’ll handle merchant inquiries, support inventory planning and inbound shipments, and help resolve billing issues. In addition, you’ll collect merchant feedback, perform root-cause analysis, and propose operational/product improvement requirements to drive higher FBT adoption and utilization.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and engage target Korean merchants, communicate FBT’s value proposition, and onboard merchants onto the FBT program.
•Support merchants’ day-to-day operations by handling daily inquiries, conducting monthly business reviews, and assisting with inventory planning, inbound shipments, and billing issue resolution.
•Continuously gather and synthesize merchant feedback to generate actionable insights and perform root-cause analysis to identify gaps.
•Propose product and operational improvement requirements and drive their implementation to address merchant needs.
•Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with Korean merchants and K-Beauty brands to increase FBT adoption and utilization rates.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above (Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred).
•Available for a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace with solid Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables and basic formulas).
•Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken), with high oral fluency to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
