Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-design and build production agentic systems with ISV Software Platform Architects, defining objectives, timelines, and adoption strategy aligned to business goals.
  • •Develop agentic workflows across RAG, inference, multi-agent, and long-horizon tasks on NVIDIA’s stack and ecosystem tools; drive library evaluations and deliver code/reference architectures.
  • •Lead technical engagement execution to ensure software adoption; collaborate with Product, Engineering, NV Research, and Solution Architecture teams.
  • •Deepen technical capabilities in select areas such as fine-tuning (PEFT, SFT), reasoning, agent evaluations and observability, and production inference.
  • •Represent partner needs and architecture to Product and Engineering teams, contributing insights to the product roadmap based on enterprise deployments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 224,000 - 431,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in technical Engineering, Product, or Solutions roles across enterprise software and production AI, including customer- or partner-facing work.
  • •Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong AI/ML and deep learning foundation with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems (advanced RAG, multi-agent architectures, production LLM evaluations and deployments).
  • •Ability to research, prototype, and collaborate across teams to deliver technical solutions for new customer scenarios with ownership of large projects.
  • •Fluency in Python and the modern agent/LLM stack (e.g., LangChain; inference engines such as vLLM/TensorRT-LLM; NVIDIA NeMo; vector DBs; MCP/A2A).
