Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a smart, professional appearance in line with company dress standards.
  • •Keep locker rooms clean and tidy; ensure floors and shower cubicles are washed and dried, and sink areas are presented for use.
  • •Ensure toiletries, soap, and shampoo dispensers are fully stocked and functioning; manage towel collection and laundry return to prevent shortages.
  • •Switch sauna/steam room on and off at appropriate times and report any equipment problems to Engineering immediately.
  • •Follow lost-and-found procedures, provide shoe cleaning service, encourage proper use of lockers for valuables, and comply with locker room rules and permitted access.

Key Requirements

  • •Grade VIII and above.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Good command of the English language.
  • •Ability to interact with guests from different countries and cultures.
  • •Strong desire to provide high level customer service.
