•Shape the end-to-end admin experience across a complex, multi-product ecosystem so it feels coherent.
•Define and refine problem spaces with Product and Ops partners around admin, decision-maker, and business outcomes.
•Help set and ground the roadmap by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data on admin needs and business health.
•Lead discovery by partnering with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Research to understand enterprise procurement and program administration.
•Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; use data and experimentation to iterate and improve UX while driving design-system adoption.

•5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role, with visual/graphic design experience.

•Track record of shaping what teams work on and helping move from shipping tickets to solving clearly framed problems with measurable outcomes.
•Ability to work closely with non-engineering partners (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Support) and translate frontline context into product strategy and design decisions.
•Proficiency with the Figma suite, Claude design, and prototyping tools, plus experience contributing to a robust design system.
