Job Summary

Drive growth in the defined contribution marketplace by partnering with DCIO Senior Retirement Consultants and supporting the field sales team. Execute territory business plans, conduct proactive outbound calls, and develop targeted email campaigns to generate meetings and opportunities. Identify and qualify new business, provide consultative support to 401(k) advisors using Invesco investment capabilities, and manage pipeline activity in CRM while coordinating follow-ups and retention efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with DCIO Senior Retirement Consultants to execute territory business plans and sales strategies.
•Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to retirement plan advisors, consultants, and other professionals.
•Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to drive engagement and sales opportunities.
•Identify and qualify new business opportunities and provide consultative support on Invesco investment capabilities for 401(k) advisors.
•Use CRM tools to document activity and track pipeline progress, coordinating meetings and follow-ups while supporting retention and asset growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or business development within financial services.

•Must possess FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
