Job Summary

Drive specifications-focused growth across North India by developing account strategy, penetrating untapped market segments, and applying the sales process to exceed targets. Build and maintain market-intelligence databases covering trends, product/technology applications, and competitor insights to uncover new opportunities. Create specification-selling tools, partner with the Technical Service team to develop applicators and resolve complaints, and strengthen relationships with consultants and architects across India while promoting safe behavior on sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategies to penetrate untapped market segments aligned with global and regional business strategies.
•Increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data while applying the overall sales process to meet or exceed targets.
•Own the account by developing and executing account strategy and ensuring alignment with the business unit key account strategy.
•Oversee establishment and use of a database to obtain, update, maintain, and evaluate market trends, product/technology applications, service needs, and competitor intelligence to identify new opportunities.
•Work with the Technical Service team on applicator development, defect-free installations, resolution of product complaints, customer product training, and staying current on new application technologies while maintaining safe behavior.

Key Requirements

•BE in Civil along with an MBA in Marketing.
•15 to 20 years of experience in specifications.
•Ability to develop and implement specification selling tools based on a sector approach.
•Strong ownership of account strategy and alignment with key account strategy.
•Maintain relationships with consultants and architects across PAN India.

Experience:15-20 years

Education:Master's in Civil Engineering; Marketing
