Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate and align NAND requirements with business units and SSD development leads, turning them into qualification specs that guide NAND development.
  • •Develop AI workflow solutions to automate and augment data extraction and analysis for NAND specification requirements.
  • •Integrate NAND Product Engineering with Technology Development and Design Engineering teams to enable NAND memory integration into SSD systems and end-customer applications.
  • •Collaborate with Product Engineering and teams across Business Units, Supply Chain Planning, Silicon Fabrication, Component Assembly, and Test to support seamless engineering execution.
  • •Represent Product Engineering in development reviews and cross-functional meetings, lead plans and changes, and drive on-time delivery of product qualifications.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD, or Master’s degree with at least 3 years, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with demonstrated semiconductor NAND product development expertise.
  • •Proven track record developing agentic solutions using industry-standard models and development platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
  • •Strong self-motivation to work in a diverse, global cross-functional engineering environment focused on product development.
  • •Demonstrated growth mindset and outstanding problem-solving, with effective communication and organizational skills.
  • •Working knowledge of NAND design/device, validation, test flows, reliability, and failure analysis, with interest in expanding into system product enablement and system architecture.
