Key Responsibilities

•Set a bold multi-year roadmap and own workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention strategy.
•Drive zero-to-one product creation: validate fast, launch v1, and scale what wins.
•Deliver end-to-end workforce verification lifecycle across job application/interview risk checks, onboarding, ongoing access, account takeover defense, and payroll fraud prevention.
•Orchestrate solutions in RiskOS using workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic decisioning to build adaptive, outcome-driven capabilities.
•Lead GTM and ecosystem growth by partnering with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, defining success metrics/pricing/packaging/positioning, and securing HRIS/ATS integrations and partnerships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7 to 10 years in product management or product strategy with leadership in identity, risk, fraud, HR/recruitment tech, or data platforms.
•Proven zero-to-one track record, taking concepts to v1 and then to product-market fit.
•Strong go-to-market ownership across pricing/packaging, positioning, enablement, and partnerships, including comfort with customer calls.
•Technical fluency with ML and AI products, including reasoning about data quality, model fit, tradeoffs, and delivery.
•Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence; bonus for deep HRIS/ATS, payroll platforms, or workforce compliance experience.
