Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of large-scale client-critical programs across multiple workstreams.
•Lead program delivery timelines, budgets, and resource plans while proactively managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and decisions.
•Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams; deliver tailored executive communications and presentations.
•Champion AI across project management activities by partnering with technical teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable business value.
•Mentor junior project/program managers and improve delivery processes through automation, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of program/project management experience in complex, technology-driven environments.
•Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation, product, or cross-functional technology initiatives.
•Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers and architects while translating outcomes for clients.
•Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML concepts in a delivery or operations context.
•Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or iterative delivery approaches.
