Job Summary

Design and architect AMD’s DACC (data copy and transformation accelerator) for next-generation Server and Data Center products. Own the IP roadmap and specifications for the Data Accelerator, collaborate across hardware/firmware/software teams, and define microarchitecture. Execute RTL design and coding for DACC blocks, contributing to verification, synthesis, power reduction, timing convergence, and floorplanning—while helping deliver higher system performance and freeing CPU cycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and own the IP roadmap and specifications for the Data Accelerator.
•Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software engineers to define high-level architecture.
•Participate in defining microarchitecture for the next-generation Data Accelerator.
•Contribute to design verification, synthesis, power reduction, timing convergence, and floorplan efforts.
•Execute RTL design and coding for DACC core blocks and related logic.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 407,680 - 582,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Solid IP design background with architecture/RTL design engineering experience for DACC IP development.
•RTL coding experience for high-performance DMA/RDMA engines.
•Knowledge of synthesis, place and route, and timing closure concepts.
•Experience with clean-sheet design through product tape-out and post-silicon debug.
•Strong global communication skills (fluent oral English).
