Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of experienced, multidisciplinary building services engineers and digital modellers, setting goals, and supporting technical development through guidance and mentoring.
  • •Collaborate with other team managers to drive multi-disciplinary project outcomes, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and utilization.
  • •Deliver multi-disciplinary projects in a Design and Project Manager role, applying building services, design, and project management expertise.
  • •Provide technical insights to project proposals and bids and build strong client relationships across diverse project markets.
  • •Interpret complex financial systems and reports using commercial acumen to support operational business success and project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or another Building Services-related discipline) with experience in direct team management and people leadership.
  • •Ideally 13+ years of experience in the Building Services sector delivering projects as a Lead Engineer, Project Manager, or Design Manager across diverse market sectors.
  • •Demonstrated experience planning and mapping resources across multiple multi-disciplinary building services engineering projects.
  • •Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with engineers from various disciplines as the Project Lead, using technical expertise and strong communication skills.
  • •CPEng / RPEQ and/or RBP Accreditation (highly advantageous) with strong stakeholder management and client engagement.
