Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and associated costs.
  • •Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs using benchmark data to assess estimate accuracy.
  • •Assist with capital planning strategies, providing insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
  • •Support procurement activities such as vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid leveling, and bid interviews with final recommendations.
  • •Manage cost reporting and forecasting, oversee commercial risk register reviews, and support cost control through change order and payment application assessment.
