Key Responsibilities

  • •With supervision, set up and operate one or more varieties of roll threaders to meet print requirements.
  • •Maintain quality by following SPC procedures, first-piece inspections, and preventing scrap/discrepant material beyond limits.
  • •Read manufacturing blueprints and select proper tooling or assist with tool rework; evaluate simple tooling/maintenance issues independently.
  • •Provide preventive maintenance on machines (e.g., oil changes and greasing), observe operations, and report problems.
  • •Follow safety rules/OSHA requirements, keep equipment/work areas clean after each order, and communicate necessary information during shift changes.
