Job Summary

Own the onboarding journey for Bynder’s mid-market customers across EMEA, ensuring fast adoption and realization of value from Day 1. Lead implementation and configuration of the Bynder suite, advise on taxonomy/metadata/governance, and use AI tools to improve delivery efficiency. Drive net retention impact through time-to-value and identify expansion opportunities for Sales, while serving as the customer voice to Product and producing advocacy via G2 reviews.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Fully lead the onboarding project lifecycle for assigned accounts to ensure seamless, timely configuration of the Bynder suite.
•Advise customers on asset bank taxonomy, metadata structures, governance, and custom workflows.
•Leverage AI tools to accelerate daily workflows, automate reporting, and analyze meeting insights to optimize delivery.
•Drive time-to-value impact on regional net retention, and identify expansion opportunities during onboarding to pass to Sales.
•Maintain project hygiene by tracking time allocation, budget burn rates, and project risks in internal systems (Kantata/Mavenlink, Jira, Catalyst, Salesforce), and serve as the customer voice to Product regarding enhancement requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 51,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Manage concurrent SaaS onboarding/implementation projects for mid-market customers, ensuring successful adoption outcomes.
•Experience with SaaS technical implementation or implementation consultancy, ideally in digital/digital asset industries.
•A strong affinity for technology, including experience with APIs and integrations (video editing software experience is a plus).
•Fluency in English and proficiency in German or French; travel as needed, including working from the Amsterdam office at least two times a week.
•Strong critical thinking and communication skills to analyze blockers vs. minor setup issues and translate technical details into clear business terms.
