Job Summary

Manage and support the successful execution of cards and payment development, implementation, and migration projects for Visa clients in the Nordics. Lead change initiatives from current state to target solution, oversee resources, and provide program visibility and progress reporting. Engage key stakeholders across business and technical teams, drive initiatives with high quality, coordinate collaboration and integration, and deliver thought leadership on the future of payments and retail banking.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute change projects/activities from current state to target solution.
•Manage allocated resources (Visa, client, third party) and provide high-level visibility and progress reporting.
•Engage and manage key stakeholders actively across the program.
•Drive assigned initiatives and tasks with timely, high-quality delivery and ensure collaboration/integration.
•Coordinate with Visa Hub teams and support realization of clients’ business objectives, identifying opportunities to improve ways of working.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of card/payments products and their ecosystem.
•Management consultancy experience, including building trust and marketing services to clients.
•Experience delivering payment-related projects end to end and liaising between business and technical teams.
•Ability to manage project dependencies, associated risks, and transformation/business readiness.
•Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (depending on location), verbally and in writing.
