Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues quickly using data from makes and models, and determine root cause and corrective actions.
  • •Practice safe job practices while maintaining and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts and travel to customer job sites for repairs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
