Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cargo predictive models and algorithms aligned to commercial priorities and client value.
  • •Own the Cargo Predictions backlog end-to-end, translating market needs and analytical findings into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Prioritize across competing demands including accuracy, coverage, latency, new commodities/regions, and technical debt while balancing client impact and feasibility.
  • •Own delivery cadence through sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and stakeholder communication as the crew scales.
  • •Partner with data science and data analysts to shape model development and evaluation, define “good” for model quality, and monitor quality gaps to feed improvements into the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex, data-driven products from concept to scale in fast-paced environments.
  • •5+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience delivering B2B data, analytics, or SaaS products in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • •Strong experience partnering with engineering teams on data-intensive products, understanding data pipelines, data models, APIs, system architecture, and dependencies.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting data science and model-driven products by defining model-quality metrics, product KPIs, and success measures.
  • •Extensive experience leading agile product delivery, including backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and release coordination using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
