Own manufacturing processes for critical robotic components and assemblies, taking hardware from prototype through production. Develop machining, assembly, inspection, and validation methods that improve quality, throughput, and repeatability while enabling rapid iteration. Design and deploy fixtures, tooling, CAM programs, inspection strategies, and automation solutions to increase efficiency. Drive continuous improvement to boost cycle time and first-pass yield as 1X scales high-volume humanoid robot manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and release manufacturing processes for high-quality robotic components and assemblies at scale
•Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and process reliability through continuous improvement initiatives
•Design and deploy fixtures, tooling, CAM programs, inspection methods, and automation solutions to increase manufacturing efficiency
•Support NPI programs from prototype builds through production ramp while maintaining manufacturing readiness
•Establish and maintain process controls, quality metrics, and documentation for repeatable production performance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
•5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting precision mechanical or electromechanical products
•Experience with CAM programming, fixture design, tooling development, and precision machining processes
•Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and production process development
•Experience integrating electromechanical assemblies into production environments
