Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and release manufacturing processes for high-quality robotic components and assemblies at scale
  • •Improve cycle time, first-pass yield, and process reliability through continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Design and deploy fixtures, tooling, CAM programs, inspection methods, and automation solutions to increase manufacturing efficiency
  • •Support NPI programs from prototype builds through production ramp while maintaining manufacturing readiness
  • •Establish and maintain process controls, quality metrics, and documentation for repeatable production performance

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • •5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting precision mechanical or electromechanical products
  • •Experience with CAM programming, fixture design, tooling development, and precision machining processes
  • •Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and production process development
  • •Experience integrating electromechanical assemblies into production environments
