Intake & Employment Specialist

The Intake & Employment Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for non-refugee clients, conducting comprehensive intake, eligibility screening, and service orientation, while providing ongoing employment-focused case management. They deliver individualized workforce coaching, coordinate job readiness training, connect clients to employment and training resources, build relationships with employers, and remove barriers to employment to support job placement, retention, and long-term self-sufficiency.
