Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales and business development by selling commercial card products, platforms, partnerships, and solutions to targeted prospects.
  • •Build and manage a portfolio of top B2B suppliers in the Caribbean to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • •Identify and expand B2B opportunities to increase commercial volume through acquisition, partnership, or relationship management.
  • •Use a consultative approach to understand merchants’ card acceptance processes and challenges, supporting optimized payables environments.
  • •Partner on analytics and deal-modeling with pricing and regional account teams, and contribute active leadership to the B2B Acceptance organization.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Experienced sales and business development professional who can identify opportunities, develop tactics, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • •Merchant acquiring experience engaging with corporates on accounts receivables is required.
  • •Experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders across large businesses, including corporates/merchant relationships.
  • •Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
