Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a Product Operations team, setting standards for triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents across the global Maritime fleet.
  • •Partner with software and hardware engineering teams to convert field telemetry and failure data into permanent upgrades and design improvements.
  • •Oversee collection and analysis of fleet health telemetry to help predict and prevent failures.
  • •Translate between technical engineering teams, business development stakeholders, and military operators to ensure operational alignment.
  • •Support end users by managing communications around high-priority incidents and driving rapid resolution; standardize sustainment processes to scale operations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years managing, mastering, and supporting complex technical systems (maritime, aerospace, robotics, automotive, defense, or electromechanical).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical/related field, or equivalent hands-on military, maritime, or industrial technical experience.
  • •Ability to lead teams through complex, ambiguous technical challenges and drive outcomes in unstructured situations.
  • •Experience managing/coaching/leading technical teams focused on professional development and operational excellence.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security clearance, and based in (or willing to relocate to) the Costa Mesa, CA area.
