Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute and manage all Technology deliverables to the business; oversee delivery of finance tech initiatives and regulatory reporting capabilities.
  • •Lead and manage internal/external audits for the unit to achieve satisfactory ratings and ensure governance.
  • •Support annual financial planning (CAPEX/OPEX) for the unit and monitor maintenance contracts for timely renewal.
  • •Lead a diverse onshore/offshore team responsible for BI applications including Oracle Financial Services analytics and regulatory reporting across multiple central banks.
  • •Drive staff development, mentorship, and capability building while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal risk.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ Years of total experience in Finance Technology with strong banking background.
  • •In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and regulatory reporting in a complex multi-country banking environment.
  • •Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  • •Experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and related platforms (FTP, ALM, PFT, LLFP); Finance Web Portal; MicroStrategy; Power BI; Microsoft Reporting Services.
  • •Exposure to Python, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Spark and ELT/ETL methodologies for advanced data processing.
