Job Summary

Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of executive briefings at Okta’s flagship San Francisco HQ experience center. You’ll lead high-touch briefing engagements, partner with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers to shape objectives and agendas, and manage executive speaker sourcing for VP+ and C-suite audiences. Track ROI and pipeline influence in Salesforce (or briefing tools), and coordinate Workplace and AV/IT teams to ensure flawless day-of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the briefing strategy for Okta’s flagship San Francisco center and report ROI and pipeline impact to executive stakeholders.
•Lead high-touch briefing engagements from initial request through post-briefing follow-up with a white-glove experience.
•Partner with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineers to define briefing objectives, customize agendas, and build prep and alignment materials.
•Source, prep, and manage executive discussion leaders (VP+ and C-suite) and maintain a network of internal speakers.
•Maintain post-briefing tracking and metrics in Salesforce (or briefing management tools) and partner with Workplace and AV/IT teams for seamless day-of delivery.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,000 - 189,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Go-To-Market roles (Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Field Marketing) and/or running high-stakes executive briefing centers for enterprise tech/SaaS companies.
•Proven track record consulting with and advising VPs and C-suite executives (internal and customer-facing).
•Strong enterprise business acumen and understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and evaluation-to-closed-won motion.
•Experience using briefing management platforms and enterprise tools, including BriefingSource, Google Drive, Salesforce, and Tableau.
•Based in San Francisco with at least 2 days/week in the office; up to 25% travel required (including international).
