Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor commercial performance including forecast vs baseline for cost and KPIs using dashboards and trend analysis
  • •Conduct site visits for health checks and escalation of risks with recovery actions
  • •Test and ensure changes follow defined cost build-up and approvals, reviewing for value for money
  • •Plan and implement close-out and rolling final account settlements
  • •Provide clean, timely datasets (cost, change, risk, carbon, life cycle) to Data team for benchmarks and analytics

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in commercial management within construction of other major programmes and projects
  • •Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC and/or JCT preferred)
  • •Excellent cost control, reporting, and collaboration skills
  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • •Professional membership (or working towards) RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
