Key Responsibilities

•Own UA growth strategy and execution for app-first performance marketing at scale.
•Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual performance marketing budget, including forecasting, pacing, and scaling decisions.
•Lead paid performance marketing across channels (e.g., Social, Google UAC), including campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding/optimization, and iteration to hit CPI/CPS and growth goals.
•Own measurement and reporting with weekly reads, deep dives, and insights aligned to iOS/mobile attribution constraints.
•Maintain campaign hygiene (naming conventions, QA/structure, guardrails, geo/creative rotation, budget reallocation, and performance monitoring) and present monthly executive business reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 80,800 - 116,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition for mobile apps, ideally in competitive categories or scaled environments.
•Deep expertise in Meta and Google UAC (app acquisition), including creative testing at scale and structured optimization.
•Experience managing large budgets (ideally $20M+ annually) with forecasting and pacing discipline.
•Strong stakeholder management, comfortable partnering with Director/VP-level stakeholders.
•Fluency in performance KPIs (CPI, CPS, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV) and mobile attribution/iOS measurement realities (e.g., SKAN, privacy impacts, incrementality).
