Key Responsibilities

•Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and execution of real estate acquisitions, power matters, and project financings for Crusoe’s data-center portfolio.
•Support energy infrastructure and power teams in interactions with local utility providers.
•Provide specialized legal counsel to construction teams on power and energy-related aspects of data center builds.
•Conduct comprehensive real estate due diligence including title, survey, environmental assessments, geotechnical reports, planning, and zoning/land use.
•Develop standardized legal templates and contract clauses to streamline negotiations and ensure consistency across the portfolio.

•Experience with data centers or large-scale industrial development projects is strongly preferred
