Coordinate customer-facing business banking service activities for RBG by helping map service processes across customer touchpoints and support improvements in customer satisfaction. Monitor SLAs/TATs and uphold high-quality interactions, assist with customer issues and complaint resolution, and help implement standards across the unit. Partner with sales and business development stakeholders to support sales approach reporting, track results against targets, and schedule cross-functional meetings with product, marketing, credit, and risk to minimize fraud risk.
