Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Assist in various store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators using sales-driven techniques.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have at least SPM / O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
