Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment; install operating systems, applications, security tools, and updates.
  • •Validate hardware/software functionality and perform system testing and quality assurance checks to ensure deployment readiness.
  • •Receive, inspect, inventory, and maintain accurate asset records in inventory management systems; track asset movement and reconcile discrepancies.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and coordinate shipping, receiving, and return logistics while maintaining chain-of-custody and accurate documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and imaging issues encountered during staging; escalate unresolved issues and assist field technicians.
