Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Manage construction team, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Support value engineering by tracking changes and reconciling variations.
  • •Handle cost planning, commercial management, value engineering, and contract administration across all phases.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety policies and support HSE initiatives, including incident reporting and resolution aligned with company and IMS policies.

  • •Manage cost controls by collecting, analyzing, and advising cost-efficient actions based on project needs.
  • •Establish and maintain line-item costs for preliminaries and consumables over the project period.
