Construction Manager (QA)

Oversee and coordinate construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting required quality standards. Lead the construction team, subcontractors, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage cost controls, commercial management, value engineering, contract administration, and risk identification for claims or disputes. Support HR mobilization/demobilization processes and contribute to HSE initiatives, safety awareness, and incident reporting in line with company policies.
